My webhosting company doesn't provide a filemanager other than the one in Helm (websecurestores). It doesn't let you create zip files or extract them.

Is there a filemanager I can upload onto my live site to do this?

DNN's file manager will allow you to extact on upload, but to create you need something else.

Try this http://www.speerio.net/
