Hi,

For my website Title I used the domain name and then a short motto. But, when I viewed the Terms of Use and the Privacy Statement pages both are there within the content and it makes it hard to read.

How can I edit these pages so that they will display the domain name without the 'motto'?

Thanks,

Arden

login as admin or host, go to languages in admin menu, select language editor. confirm question to create a custom version and you get displayed Global_Resources.resx by default. scroll down to find Msg_Terms.Text and MSG_Privacy.Text. Use the up right arrow to open the text in HTML-Editor.

Cheers from Germany,

Thank you. :) But, when I get to that point about confirming to create a custom version, I now get this message:

A File Operation Failed. Please Check Resource File Permissions So Files Can Be Edited.

I tried logging in as host and still received this. I'm on a shared web host's server, is there something my host needs to do to allow this operation?

Thanks for your help,

Arden

please check the permissions for the worker process in the App_GlobalResource folder, it needs to be able to create files.

Thank you leupold.

Ok, I apologize for being so dense. I've looked within my site host and admin accounts) for how to check this but can't find out how. Is this something my provider needs to do? Or am I missing something?

Thanks For All You Do,
Arden
