Can someone tell me what the variable is for the current user name?

For example, I need to write it to a table in SQL Server, so I'm using:

insert into dnn.dbo.tablename (ColumnName)
values (what goes here?)

Either the user id or the first name, last name would be fine.  Anything that would uniquely identify the user.
