I have been trying to install skins for a portal and all of a sudden I started to get this message everytime I brows the portal...

 

An error has occurred.

The big problem is I am not able to login to this portal as an administrator or host. Everytime I brows this message comes out...

On the other hand I am able to login from other portals with host account...

I was wondering if there is any way to reset all the settings for a portal...

Finally, I found the solution by deleting skin folder under Portals\_default\Skins

if dnn can not find the skin it shows the default blue skin...
