I have DNN installed on a local server...name of the server is BOT1 and the DNN directory is called INTRANET.  To access it I can go to http://bot1/intranet/.

Currently the code is <trust level="Medium" originUrl="http://localhost/.*" />  If I want to grant full trust to DNN do I have to point to that URL so that the code will look like this <trust level="Full" originUrl="http://bot1/intranet/" /> and do I need the ".*"

Thank you for any advice...

No, Full trust automatically has unrestricted web permissions, so you do not need to specify an originUrl as it will be ignored. If you haven't changed your machine.config, then the default level will be full, so you can simply remove the <trust ...> line (and then recycle the app to force the security context to update correctly i.e. run IISRESET)
