DotNetNuke is open source software; there isn't supposed to be support like you get for a paid product.

However, nonetheless a great deal of support is available both from the community and from DNN itself, such as the documentation available in the downloads area of the web site.

If you post here with specific questions you'll be more likely to get the help you need.  Also, be sure to search for pre-existing threads discussing the same issues you may be experiencing.

Softvirgo:

If you are new to DNN, I would recommend that you first install the “Install package”. You DO NOT need to get the source and compile it to get started with a basic installation of DNN and all the basic modules. This confuses a lot of newcomers when starting to deal with DNN, especially those that do ASP.Net development and have Visual Studio. If you are interested in developing DNN modules, then get the “Starter Kit”. If you know ASP.Net and SQL Server, that installation should be manageable too.

This is something that maybe the Core Team may want to clarify since is not obvious from the name of the packages. Many newbies see “Starter Kit” and think that this is the version to get started with a plain installation of DNN, which is not the case. And no, they don’t read the whole downloads page.
