Hi everyone,

in my DDN 3.x version website i'm nolonger abled to edit the security in the file manager module. This used to work without any problems but for a few weeks now i have been unable to grant specific users write access to folders.

I keep getting the following error:

Request timed out.
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.Web.HttpException: Request timed out.

An unhandled exception was generated during the execution of the current web request. Information regarding the origin and location of the exception can be identified using the exception stack trace below.

Does anybody know what could cause this error, what can i do to trouble shoot or solve the issue?

Hello,
I also get a System.Web.HttpException: Request timed out when trying to call the "edit translations" function in host language settings (DNN 4.3.5). Is there a way to increment SQL Command and HTTP Request timeouts?
