I worked when i first installed it....and other then appling new skins i am not sure why it is not working now...the log message is strange:

I need assistance on this....the server has another app that send email mesaages fine....so i know the port and smtp service is fine.

i did find som info on this...seems to be an issue with .net 2.0

no offense but this is the slowest forum i have ever been a memeber on....ihave had many posts and im lucky if i get one reply
this is a major problem...i cant believe im the only one who is dealin with it
Just an update...i have completely uninstalled both versions of .Net framework and reinstalled 2.0 and samething
i turned off the norton anti-virus too...no difference

Sometimes what appears to be a "slow" forum is just folks scratching their heads *grin*.

I've never seen this before... but it SOUNDS like a specified SMTP server may not be installed?  What SMTP settings are you using?  It sounds like maybe its setup to use localhost (the smtp on the webserver) and that IIS is not configured with the SMTP server (which is optional to install, I believe)?
