Error 'Could not find file 'c:\SiteUrls.config'.

My question is mainly directed at where this path is configured. The file exists currently in a relative web root directory, and by reading other articles/posts I am aware the path is relative to the application, however the fact that this error occurs alerts me to the fact I may have mistyped something upon installation.

If anyone is aware of where to change the path to look for this file I would be greatly appreciative. The easiest and most visible solution would be to copy this file to the c: drive, however a serious compromise in security is not a viable option.

This post can now be disregarded. The original issue had to due with custom error tracking other than the default DNN log.
