I've just completed a fresh install (after much aggravation) of 4.3.5 on a windows 2003 server .  When I go to File Manager it seems to load properly but all I see is a folder on the right called Host Root.  There are no files listed in the left part of the screen.  When I installed 4.3.5 I followed the install instructions to create a directory on my server and unzip all files to it and then go into IIS and create a virtual directory to point at that server directory with the proper permissions.  Pretty much everything else in the portal seems to work okay (as far as I know) but File Manager isn't working properly.

Any thoughts or fixes?

Thanks in advance!  Tim

please notice, that there are different views using the file manager from admin and from host menu:

  • in admin menu it lists all public files in portal directory
  • in host menu it lists public files in _default directory
