I want to be able to connect an access project to the database file of DNN at the same time as my web publishing services are up and running.  With the default install, DNN locks that file so other programs cant access or change the database file at the same time.  Is there a way of changing the Web.config file or the SQL server itself to allow for multiple connections to the file at the same time?
