Hi there ,

I have a problem and I would ask your help. I developed a personal module which contains a gridview . A column of this object maintain a link towards a file.

So , I need to protect this file in way that only register user can be download it. Now happens this : every peolple can gat file simply put url n browser.

can everyone  help me ?

please have a look into recent versions of core modules Documents or Links, to get to know how to use the URL control to store files securely. You need to place your files in "secure folders" (created with file manager) and use LinkClick to delever them.

Hi Leupold ,

I didn't find documents where is explained how is possible to use LinkClick library to get file ; can you tell me where is possible to find any info about them ?

PS do you have a sample ? :))

just have a look at source code of latest versions of Links or UserDefinedTable modules.
