Well,

I just found, why the folders are not displayed in the file manager. I used the HTML editor to add a new folder named "test". This folder has been added to the Folders table as "test/".

All other folders (existing before the DNN update) end with two slashes ('"//"). After changing the FolderPath values (removing one slash) the folders and the files are displayed in the file manager.

Hmmm... that didn't work for me. I think my problem lies in the JavaScript error I am getting on that page.
