I need to find a way to bypass DNN. Let me explain myself. I have:

One hosting account, DNN is installed in root with "domain1.com". I also have another website (non DNN, standard ASPX) hosted in a subdirectory ex: root/dirname wich is accessed through "anotherdomain.com" wich points to that subdirectory (root/dirname). However, since I installed DNN, when I enter www.anotherdomain.com in my browser, instead of opening the ASPX site, I get "redirected" to root and for some reason the DNN web.config file is read instead of the root/dirname/web.config file. This of course generates an error.

I am convinced that DNN is somehow intercepting the request to www.anotherdomain.com

Has anyone had this problem before? is there any way to "bypass" DNN?

The specific error I am getting is:

Server Error in '/HVC' Application.

Configuration Error
