Hi,

I just upgraded a site to 4.3.6 and tested the 'Force Password Change' feature. However it didn't work as expected. The user who was forced to change their password attempted to login, was displayed the message 'Please update your password before continuing.' but the rest of the page is blank and there is no way to change the password. Nor is there anyway to undo this from the admin side.

Any clues anyone?

Dale

Further to my previous post I have discovered that if you have 'enablePasswordRetrieval' false then this feature does not work, and of course if you have this as true you cannot use passwordFormat=Hashed which basically means its too risky to use Hashed passwords because if an administrator accidentally clicks on 'Force Password Change' there seems to be no way to recover that user account such that they can login in again.

Please correct me if I am wrong because I'd really like to be!

If this is a bug is it known? Or should I report it?

Thanks,
