Can someone translate this into a stored procedure for me? I simple want to return a user's password:

private string PrintPassword()
{
string result = "";
try
{
string username = ValueOf("z", "");
UserInfo objUser = DotNetNuke.Entities.Users.UserController.GetUserByName(DotNetNuke.Common.Globals.GetPortalSettings().PortalId, username, false);
if (objUser != null)
{
//result = DotNetNuke.Entities.Users.UserController.GetPassword(ref objUser, ""); // jelek, karena ada "if (MembershipProviderConfig.PasswordRetrievalEnabled)"
//result = DotNetNuke.Security.Membership.MembershipProvider.Instance().GetPassword(objUser, ""); // jelek, karena ada " if (this.RequiresQuestionAndAnswer)"
result = System.Web.Security.Membership.GetUser(objUser.Username).GetPassword();
}
else
{
result = "objUser == NULL (tidak valid kali ya...)";
}
}
catch (Exception e)
{
result = "Error : " + e.Message;
}
return result;
}

Thank you SOOO much!!

I don't even know if this is possible using a stored procedure since the passwords are stored encrypted.  Even if I did know, I'd probably not post it on a public forum.

The code above does just that, so I am sure it is possible, I just have to figure out how. Maybe the trick will be to call this from a vb function, return the result, then pass that to the SP I need to create the email account.
