When I link to a file on the my site, I see three folder in the dropdown.  They are imgs, docs, and pdfs.  When I go to file manager, I can't don't see the three folder.  I have tried as the admin and the host.  The only folder that I see is 'Portal Root' and when the + sign is clicked and turned to - nothing shows under there.  I like to move some files around but can't find the folders.  Can you help?

Having performed that function and seeing the folders appear, I now have two sets of each folder when I am selecting a file for linkage.

For example, my dropdown looks like this:

Root
docs/
docs//
images/
images//
pdfs/
pdfs//

How do I clear the extra folders?

What do you do when synchronizing doesn't do anything?
