Hi,

i've a dnn installation that targets german users. Therefore i use german localization wherever it is possible. While customizing my portal i run into a strange problem with the integrate ZIP support.

If, for example, i try to upload a zip file which contains several files with german umlauts, these filenames are corrupted after decompression. Sometimes it's no longer possible to download those files.

I believe that this problem comes along with the SharpZipLib-Dll. My research on the internet lead me to a website where a possible solution was posted. This solution was to compile the SharpZipLib from source and setting a special constant. Now i've tried to replace the lib in the bin directory of dnn, but with no success.

Is there a way to manipulate how the zip compression works inside dnn? I don't want to compile dnn from source an hope for an easier solution.

Best Regards,

Ulf
