Hi,
I have a little problem.
I made a copy of my DNN website to make some test.
I backuped my database and restore it in a new database on the same server.
I did the same thing with my files.

Everything is working and my test website is the same as my real...
But I cannot login as superAdmin. It says my password doesn't work.
I Tried "retreive my password" but it send me "*******", so I can't see it...

I looked in the Database, all field from my test database and my real database seemed to be the same...and I did'nt change anything after restoring my datas...

Does anyone can help me, is it because my 2 databases are on the same server?

Thanks

Maks

Open your old web.config file and copy the machineKey to your new web.config file.  You might have to cycle your app pool or the entire web site when done.

hope this helps!
