I am enjoying the extendibility of the User Profile. I understand this is a new feature and it is surely appreciated.  

I think I must be missing something because I found out how to add fields, and to let the user decide how this fields would be displayed (public, registered users, private), but have not been able to make this information accessible to other registered users. Right now the only person that can access the user profile is the owner of the profile and the administrators. 

How can I let other members search for other members and see the profile (respecting the permission) of other members?
