Suppose there are 10 DNN sites hosted on one server. Now I want to move just one DNN site out of 10 DNN sites to another server. How to do this?

That depends on what you mean by hosted on the same server. If you have 10 portals all running out of one instance of DNN and you want to move just one of those sites you can move the whole DNN file structure, and the database to the new server. Setup the site you want to move in IIS, leaving the other sites all using the old server/files/database.

Once you have the site you want to move setup you can login as host and delete all the old sites from this new server/database.

Always back things up before you do anything.
