I am taking over a DNN 3.3 site that is currently in place.  One of the users of this site who uploads files a lot just said that something had changed on the statistics side of things after I changed the skin for this site.  According to the user, before my new skin, the site did not register his clicks on files, only other peoples (even when he was not logged in).  Now he says the hits change when he clicks around the site (not signed in) and wanted me to fix it.  Is this even possible?  Would it be a filter I don't know about in an IP address list of some kind?  I don't know how the site is suppolst to tell him a part from any other user if he isn't signed in, but he said it was before and he wants it changed back.  Anyone have any ideas?

Anyone out there have any ideas?  Is it impossible?  I just want to be able to give him an answer either way.

There isn't any user level tracking of clicks that I know of.

Thanks.  That's what I thought, but I have been known to be wrong.  I don't even know how it would work without an identification list of some kind to compare to.
