I wanted to create a portal template with content.  I went through the host menu , portals, export, checked the content box.  I recieved the error below. Any thoughts?  Oh, I unchecked content and it worked.

Error: Export Template is currently unavailable.

which version of DNN are you using. make sure, you have sucessfully syncronized all files and folders (use the button in Admin :: File Manager with "recursive" checked.

  A critical error has occurred.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Not a clue what I can do to fix it or what the problem is:

I did the same thing through the host menu and no problems were reported.

 

I am using the most current version.  I did not upgrade.  I went into the admin menu and picked File Manger, check the recursive box and hit sync, this is the result:
