How can I set dnn 4 to email me when a new user registers?  I have two portals set up, one sends me emails when a new user signs up, or is deleted, but the other portal will not.  I have searched high and low to find where this is set, but do not find any area where this would be set.

The emails are being sent to an email address I have set up for my main user of the portal which has basic administrator privlidges, and not the host account.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

mails will be sent to the portal administrator, you can select which user is the portal administrator in admin > site settings. Please make sure the e-mail address of the user selected as portal administrator is correctly set up.

I have made sure that the email address for the portal administrator is set to a correct email address.  I then created a test account, and got a email to the test account email showing that the account was created, but not to the portal administrator account. 

The thing that gets me is that on my other instance of a portal it works fine.
