I am in need of help in creating a custom module.  I am looking for behavior similar to Blog module.  When you add the blog module to your page it actually add several component into your panel.  I am looking to do something very similar.  I have a custom module that has several separate components.

EX:
1 - calendar
2 - Dashboard
3 - Status
4 - Container

When I add my module to the page I want all 4 separate components added to panel.
** I want to make sure user does not delete any component!!

I hope I am clear in my question!

This is simply a configuration option in the host/module definitions for your particular module.

If you want multiple controls on the page when you install your module, go to the module definitions page for your module, in the section for

Definitions (drop down list) simply add multiple definitions here, one for each control you want to load. On each of those definitions you can control the various controls for that definitions, view, edit, settings, etc.

Does that help?

I am actually trying to load several usercontrols onto page when the user inserts the module.
User selects my module from dropdown.  When the click insert, i want to load 4 usecontrols into panel.  Very similar to the way the blog module behaves.

EX: i want to load all 4 controls into the content panel.
Usercontrol1.ascx
Usercontrol2.ascx
Usercontrol3.ascx
Usercontrol4.ascx
