Does anyone know how to configure the domains for multiple parent sites in a single DNN installation?

Since godaddy doesn't let you install DNN at the root, I installed it at:
ROOT/dnn
my main/host site is a.com

then I installed another parent DNN site as follows:
b.com is at ROOT/dnn/b

In the domain control panel (on Godaddy), I set my domain hosting path for b.com to /DNN and it brought me to a.com. I set my domain hosting path for b.com to /DNN/b and I got errors.

Any idea how one hosts multiple parent sites on godaddy? I called godaddy support, but they just say 'it's a value added application and we don't support it."
