Can you guys skin a template that uses both Vertical and horisontal NAVS?

Is there anything out there already?
Maybe I just need to add a seperate module that would be an enhanced version of the links module that allows sub links, graphics and formatting. Anyone know if this exists?

You can indeed use two solpartmenu in a page with one running as horizontal and the other as vertical. But it is easier to have only one, and try to use one of the third party menus for the other. I personally use Inventua or housemenu for vertical menu. But there are others that I like to try too,
