Skins can indeed by 100% css only with full compliance. However, that does not mean the page will comply.

The modules one drops inside the page may not comply. So the end result may not be 100% complacence.

Salar,
Thank for the response, that mean the skin can only be w3c compliance. Is there any possibility to make the whole dotnetnuke site to w3c compliance? Actually I have developed a application using dotnetnuke and my client want to make it w3c compliance. Guys please help me out in solving this problem. Thank in advance.

Using PageBlaster you can get full control of the output of your DotNetNuke pages and pass any validation test.

You may have to create some specific replacement rules for individual pages, but it can be done.

My home page validates as XHTML Strict using PageBlaster.

I've recently discovered a technique for creating pixel-perfect HTML layouts.  After a few frustrating experiences trying to use divs/css to create a flexible three-column layout, I did a little research and found the perfect way to lay out web pages: the table tag!

The table tag makes it possible to create flexible, cross-browser layouts.  If you've worked with CSS, despair no more over the incredible difficulty of achieving the simplest layouts.  The table tag actually works the same in both IE and FireFox!

It's no longer necessary for programmers to struggle with basic design.  They can simply employ the table tag, and get on with coding real functionality into their applications.

Download it now!

All in fun...
