Hi!

I have to try to make page with const height. So header and footer had const height but i can't make const height of contentpane with autoscroll.

Can it be done with Dnn4.04.1?

Put this in you css:

#dnn_ContentPane{
    height:200px;
    overflow:auto;
}
That should work....

hello All,

I have the same problem. I want to fix the width of the content pane.
I go to admin>site setting>stylesheet editor>
I added
.contentPane{
width:400px;
height:200px;
overflow:auto;
}
but it doesn't seem to have any effect.
Am i editing in the wrong place?

The location is okay but you should use:

#
dnn_ContentPane{
width:400px;
height:200px;
overflow:auto;
}

If you add this to portal.css (that's the file you edit with the stylesheet editor) the disadvantage is that it will be always loaded whatever skin you select. So if you are going to use different skins on your site it's better to add the css to the skin.css file (for all skins in a package) or "skinname".css. (the css for the skin called
skinname e.g. "DNN-blue.css")
You can find these file in the portals\_default\skins\"skinpackname" folder.
skinpackfolder would be the name of the skin pack e.g. "
DNN-blue"

Please note I made a mistake in my previous post by forgetting the #, it has been corrected.
