 I   use dnn 4.4.1,  I enable friendly url.   In order to display  picture   in client,  my code as below,

 <img    src= "/portalName/Imgs/product.jpg" />    

but  I dont want to use portalName,  because  it  possible to be changed !

  I dont know to solve this problem ,but  I dont turn off  friendly url   . have  you any ideas about this situation ,thank you

Leo,

I'm trying to figure out just what exactly you're dealing with here.  Could you explain this with a little more detail?

Some questions that might help...
Why are you concerned about the portalName changing?
Is this a situation where you have more than one portal and you are wanting to use the same image on more than one portal?

Another comment I might make, - even if you have friendly URLs enabled, you can still reference pages and images with the original syntax.  What I mean is, just because you turn on friendly URLs, it doesn't mean that the old addressing scheme goes away.  Actually it is still there and DNN is merely doing a database lookup to map a friendly URL to the original URL.

In order to help you further, we're going to need a bit more explicit detail about what exactly it is you are trying to accomplish.
