Okay I figure this is a subject that has come up before

I am using the orange-futurism skin and for the most part it looks fine untill i go to the edit controls then everything is centered

I am not sure exactly what the deal is but this hapened when i changed the doctype to a transitional one

 <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">

I am not real good with doctypes so if anyone could help me figure out what i need to fix  i would appreciate it

If you are referring to the admin pages such as page settings, portal settings, etc, are all center line-by-line instead of just a centered block, then this is related to an issue of using "any" standards compliant doctype.  You will need to specify a default table align as left somewhere.  More info at:
