Ok here is the problem...

I have successfully assigned custom icons to the common CommanName/ActionButtons in my skin/container and the AddContent.Action is assigned to a custom icon, lets name it icon A, this command and icon works fine in the normal pages on the site that have regular content on it, but when I go the the User Accounts and Security Roles all the commands (Add, Delete, Profile and Settings) get assigned to the same "AddContent.Action" command button resulting in icon A repeating 4 times...

Oddly enough after studying the code in the default DNN container I don't see any additional ACTIONBUTTON definitions but the container still correctly displays the proper icon for editing content when on regular pages and when under the User Account or Sercurity Roles it changes the icons and the commands to show a + icon for Add Use, a - for delet User etc...

HOW??

Can someone shed some light on this topic...
