Good evening,

I was hoping to find a skin that is something like this http://www.teamsugar.com/, has anyone seen a skin that is something like this.  I'm looking for something with a lot of white space.

Well, I haven't gone through any similar-looking skin. But as I can see, the main design is quite simple, so I'd advise you to learn skinning and create your own skin. Believe me, skinning doesn't take so much time. This is an exciting point that I recently discovered.

For the Team Sugar design, the most tricky task may lie in the menu. Each hover status is different for the menu items. AFAIK, this can not be done by using SolPart. You should try the House Menu skinobject (houseofnuke.com) which will let you style particular menu item.
