I am using breadcrumb.gif as a seperator on a skin on a 4.5.3 site.

The problem is that I get the dreaded RED X indicating the image can't be found. I have tried setting the path to images/breadcrumb.gif and /images/breadcrumb.gif

The path is valid as I can browse to http://www.myportal.com/images/breadcrumb.gif. Any ideas on what's wrong or any alternate options to move the gif to another path that might work better? My code is this:

You are here>
<dnn:BREADCRUMB runat="server"
id="dnnBREADCRUMB"
Separator="<img src="/images/breadcrumb.gif">"
CssClass="Breadcrumb_Link"
RootLevel="0"/>

Ah, but is the path valid from where it's being called? Try the file in the skin folder with no path. Or an images subfolder of that particular skin and the path you used.
