Hi Guys,

I have developed  a site using dnn 3.2.2.I have to make this site as multilanuage site.I want to change the site skin depending upon the culture info set.like if my user is browseing "urdu" site he will be having different skin layout and if my user is browsing "English" site he will be having different skin.I have search a lot of internet about this problem but did not find any revelvent material. Any suggestion will be highly valuable for me.

Waiting your response.

Thank in advance.

you can include different css files due to language, AFAIR John Mitchell presented an example in these forums a few weeks ago.

You could handle it like this:

<div class="<%=System.Globalization.CultureInfo.CurrentCulture.Name%>">
    <!--Put you skins HTML here--></div>

now you can change the background-color like this:

.en-US{

background-color:#0000DD;

}

.nl-NL{

background-color:#DD0000;

}

Not really two skins , but two variations of the same skin...

One other advice... please update to the latest DNN version.

Thank for you great help. My skining problem will be solved like this as you told.I have one other problem. In my site there are some pages which are static and i have used there texthtml module. I have translated the text in other lanuages.My question is that how to store text for different lanuages in single table? do i really need to change the built in texthtml module.

Waiting your response.

Thank once again.

I guess you want the text for the specific culture to show automatically?

Apollo software has a nice module for this.
