Our website we're using a fixed width horizontal tabbed solpartmenu.  This looks great when the length of the menu items is short - when we have menu items with longer names, the text wraps to a new line and doesn't look left aligned.  I tried text-align:left, text-align:center, and text-align:right in the menuitem td section of the style sheet.

I've been viewing the site in IE7, if that makes a difference.

Thanks for any help on this!

This is one of those FAQ's. SolPart injects spaces to deal with certain older browsers. Check your spmenu.js in the controls/SolPartMenu directory. Remove the injected   and alignment will be ok (you probably need to adjust your left padding). I haven't seen any detrimental effects in modern browsers.

That did the trick!

Thank you very much- was this question listed in a FAQ somewhere?  I'd googled and searched this site for multiple hours yesterday :S
