I'm creating a skin and have a thumbnail_index.jpg which is 150 by 111 in the skin directory. How do I make it appear when parsing the skin? I get the blank grey box with 'no image is available' message - even though the image is in the skin directory (looks just like the default skin directories ...). I thought there might be references to add in xml but apparently not. Doesn't appear after parsing, either. ??

Thanks -

AFAIK the file only needs to have a proper name and must be located in the skin's root folder.

Hmm, well then mine should be showing up. Followed same naming convention (thumbnail_ascxFileName.jpg) ... I'll re-scrutinize and re-compare, but pretty sure the filenames are right and they are in the right place ...

I'm having the same problem.

Site version is 4.7

Was trying to setup thumbnails for containers in my portal, but no matter what I try they do not show.  (The default ones installed with DNN do show up OK.)

Any ideas?

John
