I put a dnn:signin control in my skin, the control works fine when the user is not logged in, but once a user logins there's an error message at the top of the page that reads:

Could Not Load Skin: /Portals/_default/Skins/newSkinEngestur/newSkinEngestur.ascx Error: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: format

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance.

I know recently there has been some changes, where if you put a login module on a page then when the user is not logged in , the login will show up and when you are logged in it will disappear. It is possible that the logic may not work at the moment using the dnn:signin control. So why dont you just use the module instead of the control

How can I put the module in the skin?

Because I want it to appear in all pages.

You dont put the module in the skin. Apply the module to one page, in module settings, (I think advanced settings) set it to appear on all pages
