Ok, I'm bringing this thread back from the dead.

Firefox absolutely refuses to display CSS properly. I've installed the web developer tool for Firefox and it's showing me exactly what's happening. On my left nav I'm using a third party module. I've added padding to the top of each item, a height of 31px, and a width of 100%. The firefox developer tool shows me that each item is being applied but they're not doing anything. The padding at the top of each link simply reaches past the item above it instead of pushing the item down 6px.

I've also tried applying the default skin to see if it was something in my skin.css file that was causing problems but the issue persists throughout.
