Okay...

Okay... I am running the latest version of DNN (04.07.00) with ASP .NET 2 and IIS 5.1. I downloaded a Skin from www.dnnskins.com called XDFuseMe.
I then uploaded the skin and everything was cool. I uploaded the same Skin package as a Container (don't ask why) and got two little previews under the Container section. I applied one of them as a Container. All of a sudden DNN has stopped working entirely. First I got the following message:

Server Application Unavailable

Now I get this:

Server Error in '/dotnetnuke' Application.

Request timed out.

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.Web.HttpException: Request timed out.

Source Error:

An unhandled exception was generated during the execution of the current web request. Information regarding the origin and location of the exception can be identified using the exception stack trace below.

Stack Trace:

[HttpException (0x80004005): Request timed out.]

How do I do a roll-back of the container package without being able to run DNN? Or is there a way to reset to default settings without completely blowing away my DNN installation (keeping user accounts) ? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks my friends~!

Okay... Not sure if there is an easier way to go about this but I did eventually resolve it by doing the following: I opened Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express and navigated to the following Table [DotNetNuke.dbo.Skins]. I right-clicked the Table and Selected "Script Table as" and Selected "DELETE To" and finally "New Query Editor Window". I erased the last WHERE clause and executed the query which erased all rows from the Table and Vooliah! The installation worked again. I just didn't do this blindly. I installed another installation and looked at what the default table data looked like... which contained nothing by NULL! Hopefully this will help someone else who encounters this issue in the future...

Go into your skins and containers folders at /portals/_default/skins (or containers) and delete the XDFuseMe folders.  When you restart DNN it should revert to the default DNN skin.

Renaming the folder will work too.
