Hi all,

I have started skinning my first DNN site and have come across a few problems that hopefully some one can help me with..

First one is container size. I need to make the container width smaller if this is possible? Im using CSS to do it all btw..

Second one: Can some one tell me what the CSS setting is for

1) The main menu (i have changed the text but need to change the hover setting.)

2) I cant find the setting for the login/register buttons. I need to change the background colour.

Thanks in advance

Steve

about the container width, r u using one of the default containers in dnn or a container u created? give the main table a class that have the width u want

about the menu, didn't get the question actually, u should check the class that the menu takes

the login/register buttons, u mean the ones in the login page right? view the source of the page to find out wht class it take

Hi thanks for the help

All problems are resolved except the menu issue. Let me explain in more detail :)

I have changed the text of the main menu but when I hover over the options I still get the default hover setttings (a blue box and bold black text) I have looked everywhere and cant seem to find the right class?

Add CSSNodeHover="(yourcssclasshere)" to the dnn:TreeviewMenu tag in your .ascx file. I just used the "main_dnnmenu_itemhover" class thats in the default.css file, or you can just make a new one.
