hi all,
I am new in DotNetNuke Development and I just fell on the following error.

I am developing a module which uses an aspx page to check the "user role" that the visitors belong to and then forwards them to a second module page (different page for each role). The forward takes place in the load event of the first page. I use 2 different skins for the site. I use the "DNN-Blue" for the host account and a free custom skin that I downloaded for the portal.

The problem is that this module doesn't use the portal skin. It uses the host skin. Other custom modules use the portal skin.

Does anyone have any clue what this might be?
Thanks

Theoretically if your admin skin and portal skin set in Admin/appearance is from your free custom skin stock then it should work fine.

I'd guess that you're using EditUrl for navigation rather than NavigateURL (pages loaded with editURl are "adminstrator" pages so load the admin skin). Michael has a good post on navigation options @ http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/Blogs/tabid/825/EntryID/1313/Default.aspx
