Hi,

 I want to use Dotnetnuke to create new site. But I am not getting how to remove footer link of dotnetnuke.

Is it skin is useful to modify entire website design. Please tell me how can I design website.

you can remove the dotnetnuke copyright notices by logging on as host, go to host > Host Settings, uncheck "show Copyright Credits" and click Update Settings at the bottom of the page

In DotNetNuke, this is called skinning.  You can start by reading the skinning documentation in the documentation download and the tutorials on sites such as dnncreative.com.
