I have a horizontal menu in my DNN website. For every menu bar item, there is a link in the links pane at the bottom of the page. For one of the links, I don't need the corresponding menu bar item to be displayed.  Am not sure as to where I will make the changes for this. Also, SOLPARTMENU is used in the website. Can somebody help me with this. I badly need to figure this out asap..

To remove a page from the Menubar, simply select the page, either from the menu bar or the Admin:Pages pane, and edit the properties. Under the basic options, towards the top, is a check box for "Include in Menu". Uncheck that and it's gone from the meny bar.

I didn't understand the rest of your question, so if you could either expound on what you were looking for help with, or rephrase the question, I'd be happy to help!

I am only guessing because I am also a bit confused by your post, but it sounds like you also have a LINKS skin object.  If that's true, removing the page from the menu as the previous post instructed will remove the link from there too.

Thanks a lot for all your responses and my apologies for not being very clear.

What Will has mentioned above is exactly my problem. Apart from the menubar, I have a LINKS skin object in my webpage. For one of the menu bar items, say "SITEMAP", I just need a link in the links skin object and not in the menu bar. So when I tried removing the page from the menu as Rob mentioned , it removes the link as well...Is there a way to remove the page from the menu but not from the LINKS skin object. Please provide some suggestions.

Thanks in advance,

rt

Never played with the Links skin. Is that a skin module from somewhere? I'd be happy to test it out and see if I could break/fix it for you, I'd just need a pointer on where to pick it up at.
