Hello,
On my first attempt to make a skin from scratch, I managed to create one without a [LOGIN] tag. As a result, I can no longer login to the Portal. I am looking for a workaround to restore the default skin, or overwrite the existing skin somehow. Does anyone know the best solution?

Thanks I advance,

BH

Try browsing to http://yoursite.com/default.aspx?ctl=login

That should get you to the login page.  Login, and change the skin.

If your dnn version is 4.8 or above, you can just simply type login.aspx
For ex:
if your site url is http://localhost
then the login is http://localhost/login.aspx

I have done this myself a couple times myself.  The easiest way I have found around it is to just delete the skin folder from the file structure

Then once you login re-upload it (I forgot a content pannel place holder on my firs skin)
