Hi

i'm a "newbie" tot dotnetnuke and i'm experiencing a strange skin problem. I think the problem is in dotnetnuke, but it can be me doing something wrong also.

On my website i'm making; http://www.chiromeisjesruiselede.be/Chiro/Verzekering/tabid/78/Default.aspx, you can see a white space between the content pane title "Verzekeringen" and the content, also at the blue container, there's a lot of space before the title "info".

Does anyone of you experienced users can help me with this problem?

Thanks

Kind regards,

Jeroen Verheye

It looks like you have a hard return in your text. Check for any <br> in your text or <p> underneith your header. Also header tage <h1> etc will add some default padding around it. You can control how much padding is around your header tag my using css to control it.

it's a problem in the skin

1. The p that wraps the content has a margin-top (like all P elements)

2. There is a HTML error in the skin table, that could cause some errors too.

The top TR has 2 td's the bottom TR (content) has only one.

To clarify Timo's second point:  It's ok to have differing numbers of TDs across table rows.  I prefer to have every row use the same number of TDs (even if some are empty) but it will not acutally cause an error if you do not pad out every row with TDs.  To keep things straightforward and easy to troubleshoot I would recommend using the same number of TDs on each row as Timo implies.

Usually I have this problem when I put <br> in wrong place.
