Hi folks

I was wondering  what the best way of designing  a skin which has a multiple updatable panes  ? - at the moment i only seem to be able to have one  the default ContentPane  -  ie I create a DIV with ID of ContentPane then it becomes editable as a HTML Module -  what do I need to do to get another one with simialr editable HTML MOdule  ?

You make additional panes exactly the same way as the original ContentPane, but you can name them anything you want. I usually name them something like TopPane or BottomPane or FooterPane or etc. The only restriction is that you must have at least one pane that is named ContentPane. The rest is up to you.

Also, if you are using a DIV instead of a table to create your panes, you have to wrap your content panes inside of another DIV or they won't work on the server. It's dumb but it's the way it works.

Just like Bee said:

<div id="ContentPane" class="ContentPane" runat="server">

<div id="MyPane" class="ContentPane" runat="server">

<div id="YourPane" class="ContentPane" runat="server">

<div id="AnyPane" class="ContentPane" runat="server">

<div id="You" class="ContentPane" runat="server">

<div id="Want" class="ContentPane" runat="server">

They will al work ;-)

OK thats great - I thought you couldnt have two div elements with the same ID (Maybe they get renamed by the time they are rendered otherwise you would not be able to reference them individually with javascript etc)
