Hello:

I have been doing all my development on a VPC. I had a problem in the VPC and now my database for a new dnn website is corrupted. So I open the database, it is empty no tables no anything.

I was able to rescue the dnn files, but now I will create a new website. I just want to know, will the database be created once I access the site for the first time? Or I have to do some configuration to tell dnn to install the database from scratch?

Thanks a lot.

If you have the misfortune of this happening, then I suggest you start from scratch again. There is nothing worse than working with something that is broken.

BTW - this is not the correct forum to post this problem.  Perhaps the install it one would have been  a better choice.

Thanks Nina, for being always there for me.

You are right about my post misplaced. I was checking my previous posts, and thought of posting, so I posted in the wrong forum, I apologize for that.

In fact, I didn't add anything yet to the structure of the damaged website. I just fixed my skin, that's all.

Thanks for the advice Nina, you are of great help.

Regards
