Somedays the old saying  about standards " The nice thing about standards, is there is so many of them."   just doesn't make me laugh.

IE 7  shows everything centered its awful . Where the on FF and safari everything is left justified as it should be. anyone know what CSS file to edit.  Does no appear to be the portal css.

 HI Steven

I had / have this problem with older html content on some sites in older table based skins.
Some of my admins had been using Front page to make html "fragments" offline which they pasted into FCK in source view.
Fair enough but FP and other editors set text or table cell containers to default and of course it all looks OK offline so editors do not bother to set it or any cells to left, right etc.   I think IE 7 & 8 render any default justified text to centre justified in some circumstances.

The solution for me was to go in and edit the offending copy.
I also modified any table cells used in FCK's html templates.

IME: When editors use only FCK this is not a problem.

I do sympathise with your comments about standards but at least most are moving to css2.1 now and its a whole lot better than it used to be.

If only older browsers had expiry dates!
