You could try "a.NormalDisabled:link" classes to see if that works.

If a page is "disabled", that means it is not "clickable" in the menu, and is also not viewable by web site visitors, only by admin.  So, providing a link to that page is not really a good idea.  It would be better to create a second page as a child of the "disabled" page, and link to that second page, that would be more in line with the DNN concepts for "disabled" and "non-disabled" pages, and you won't have any problems with the styling of the link and won't have problems with non-admin site visitors or anonymous visitors being able to view the content on the page.

Also, try looking at the file "default.css" in the portals folder.  It will have all the classes necessary for styling "tree nodes" for the DNN Tree menu.  I've never tried to style it myself, so I can't say how it will style "disabled" pages.  I forgot in the previous post that you're working with the tree menu, and then of course you do want "disabled" pages to show up, but the link should be "unclickable" as in the regular DNN Nav menu.  Anyway, definitely look at the default.css file, and you can also use IE developer tools/toolbar or Firefox Firebug to help you narrow down to the proper class or cascade of classes to use in targeting the "disabled" page in the tree menu.
